01Who we are

ASOitis is operated by Ahmed Gagan (“ASOitis”, “we”). Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record for every purchase on this site; the charge appears on your statement as DODOPAY_ASOITIS. Contact: adgan.business@gmail.com.

02What you're buying

We sell two kinds of product. Each is described on the page where you buy it; that description at the time of purchase is the scope.

• →Plans — The Audit (one-time), The Engagement and The Build (monthly). A relationship: recurring work, a call, Slack on the monthly plans.
• →Fixes — The Review Check, The Paywall Setup, The Web Checkout, The Launch Kit. One scoped job, one price, delivered asynchronously. No call is included; questions are answered by email.

Anything listed under “Not included” on a product page is out of scope. Work outside scope is quoted separately and never started without your written yes.

03Delivery windows

Every product has a delivery window in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Indian and US public holidays). The window starts on the first business day after both of the following are complete: (a) the intake form for your purchase, and (b) any access the product page lists as required — App Store Connect, repository, RevenueCat, hosting, TestFlight. Days waiting on access, approvals or answers from you pause the window.

If we are going to miss a window for reasons on our side, we tell you before it lapses and give a new date. Missing a window does not entitle you to a refund; see section 06 for the one exception.

04Payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax Dodo Payments is required to collect for your location. One-time products are charged in full at checkout. Monthly plans are charged in advance on the day you subscribe and on the same day each month thereafter until cancelled per section 05.

05Monthly plans: minimum terms and cancellation

• →The Engagement has a two-month minimum term. The Build has a three-month minimum term, which is also the measurement window for its guarantee.
• →During the minimum term the plan cannot be cancelled and months already billed are not refunded.
• →After the minimum term the plan continues month to month. You may cancel with thirty days' written notice by email; the final charge is the month in which the notice period ends. No partial-month refunds.
• →We may end a plan at any time by refunding any unused whole months; we do this only if we cannot deliver (for example, the app is removed from sale, access is withdrawn, or the working relationship is no longer workable).

06Refunds and cancellations

All sales are final. One-time products (The Audit and every Fix) cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased, including for change of mind, for dissatisfaction with a deliverable that matches the product description, or because you did not use the deliverable. Monthly plans are governed by section 05.

The single exception: if we fail to deliver a one-time product at all — not late, but not delivered — and the cause is on our side, we refund it in full. This exception does not apply where the window has paused because intake or access from you is incomplete.

Fixes bought within the thirty days before subscribing to The Build are credited at their purchase price against the first month of The Build. The Audit fee is credited against the first month of The Engagement or The Build in the same way.

Because we deliver custom work rather than goods, chargebacks filed instead of contacting us first will be contested with the delivery record. Please write to us first; we answer within one business day.

07The Build guarantee

The Build is the only product with an outcome guarantee. It works like this:

• →Baseline. On kickoff we record ninety days of your App Store Connect data (impressions, product-page views, downloads, conversion rate) and your subscription data (trials, paid conversions). You agree to share it.
• →Measurement. At the end of month three we compare the trailing thirty days against the baseline for two numbers: funnel conversion rate (product-page view → paid subscription) and organic installs (downloads excluding paid campaigns).
• →Remedy. If either number is not above baseline, month four is free, and we keep working at no charge until both are, or until you cancel.
• →Conditions. Access granted within five business days of kickoff; proposed changes approved or declined within five business days; no conflicting listing, paywall or pricing changes made by you without telling us during the window; the app remains on sale and in a category Apple permits. If a condition is not met, the guarantee is void for that term but the plan continues.
• →The guarantee is not a promise of any keyword rank, chart position, or appearance in any AI answer engine. Rankings are Apple's to give and answer engines change without notice.

08Your responsibilities

• →You own, or are authorised to act for, the app and website we work on.
• →You provide accurate intake information and the access each product lists. Access is granted to the ASOitis account we name, with the least privilege that lets us do the work (App Manager in App Store Connect; a collaborator invite on the repository).
• →You review what we ship within a reasonable time. Where you asked to approve changes before they go live, silence is not approval.
• →You keep your own backups. We work in your accounts and your repository so nothing lives only with us.

09Deliverables and intellectual property

Everything we produce for you — metadata, copy, screenshots, code, reports, configurations — is yours on payment. We keep the right to reuse our own templates, tooling and methods, and to describe the work in our portfolio and case studies without disclosing confidential numbers unless you tell us in writing that you would rather we didn't.

10Third parties

Apple, RevenueCat, Stripe, Dodo, hosting providers and the AI answer engines are outside our control. Apple may reject a build we have pre-checked; an answer engine may change what it cites. We do the work to the standard on the product page; we do not control the platform's response.

11Liability

Our total liability for anything arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here at the time you buy. These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
